Our product namely “Passion delight (TM)” which is 100% organic Passion Fruit Syrup is entirely different from similar products available in our market. We are using our own unique processing technology which ensure shelf life without any chemical preservatives, and totally protect the sensitive aroma and exquisite flavor so that when reconstituted the juice cannot be distinguished from fresh juice. Passion fruit and its products are immensely popular in many parts of the world (Ref.2) whereas softdrinks based on passion fruit is not much popular in India mainly because of limited availability and lack of processing technology. The uniqueness of our product is that it contains no added colour, flavour, preservatives, stabilizers, emulsifiers or even a drop of water. Chemicals are not used at any stage of processing including washing and container sterilization. (We are using costly food grade poly propylene bottles which can with stand thermal sterilization at 120 degree Celsius)
